With a deep understanding of the systems that lead to operational efficiency, she is able to apply these best practices creatively – even with limited resources. Kelly’s people and project management skills allow her to guide strategic change while also enhancing the day to day operations of a business.
She asks the right questions to help teams recognize opportunities for change. It was change in Kelly’s own life that led to a new opportunity. After a decade of leading businesses within Corporate Retail, Kelly joined her family’s 65 year-old business to help them grow into a more profitable and efficient organization. This experience helped her realize the transformative value her skill set adds to small and mid-sized businesses.
Kelly’s world travels motivate her advocacy for wildlife and the environment. She has visited six of the seven continents (Antarctica is the last to check off) and is energized by experiencing different people and places. Any chance Kelly gets she is traveling with her family and is proud to be raising global citizens.
