In a Vision Session the agency’s owners identified their individual and collective goals, while also agreeing to a valuation target. In their growth roadmap Destined outlined both geographic areas and service lines that would need to be added to reach their goals. Operational efficiency would need to improve throughout the organization in order to increase profitability and reduce stress on staff. And most importantly, the management team needed to be incentivized and retained since they were the key to success.
