Building A Team For Growth

In the Vision Session the agency’s owners identified their individual and collective goals, while also agreeing to a valuation target. In their growth roadmap Destined outlined that both geographic areas and service lines would need to be added to hit their target. Operational efficiency would need to improve throughout the organization in order to increase profitability. And most importantly, the management team should be incentivized and retained since they were the key to success.

Destined worked with the owners to clarify the mission and empower the team by building a roadmap to focus on:

  • Entering new markets and expanding services

  • Enhancing management capabilities
